Culinary Arts Certificate program is designed to fulfill the needs of an individual interested in learning more about the field and practices of Culinary Arts. The courses provide a framework to further studies or an entry level position in a food production environment. The coursework provides basic skills and training in the areas of stocks and sauces, soups, meats, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and other areas of food production.

The ManageFirst program which is included in many of our courses is a certification provided by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation.
