University of Alaska Anchorage “The Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Restaurant Management Division” offers:

The Culinary Arts, Hospitality & Restaurant Management Division is the premier training center for Alaska’s hospitality and tourism industry. Programs help students acquire the culinary skills, management skills, and hospitality finesse needed to develop a career in the expanding hospitality and foodservice industry.

The Culinary Arts AAS program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation’s Accrediting Commission.

Bachelor of Arts degree in hospitality and restaurant management offers students the opportunity to acquire the business management skills and hospitality finesse needed to develop a career in the expanding hotel and restaurant industry. An array of career possibilities is available to graduates in the areas of professional management in restaurants, hotels, resorts, hospitals, institutions, conferencing and catering and recreation management.
