Ingredients
- 1/3 sheet flaky pastry
- 1 tspn milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tspn grated cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tspn melted butter
Method
- Roll out the pastry and line it individually in a muffin pan.
- Mix together eggs and milk. Add the cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture in the lined muffin pan and sprinkle with other half of cheese.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180C.
- Cool and eat
