CINY’s associate (AAS) degree programs feature specialties in baking and pastry, culinary arts and hospitality management.

Acceptance to CINY is based on a full review of all submitted materials that detail student academic performance, activities and accomplishments. All applicants are also required to meet with CINY’s Dean, Frank Costantino, for an individual interview.

Also there’s a great possibility to get scholarship. The first  program is a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, and the second is an Associate in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management.

Whether our students are looking to excel in culinary arts, pastry arts, or hospitality management, our courses will provide them with the technical, theoretical, and practical knowledge and skills they need to build an impactful career in their field of choice.

CINY boasts a strong, diverse and supportive campus community that provides students with opportunities to improve their personal and professional development outside of the classroom. By joining student groups such as the Professional Convention Management Association, the Culinary Arts Service Club, and the Baking and Pastry Club, many CINY students make meaningful contributions to the greater community through participating in local fundraising, volunteering and charitable events.
