• ServSafe Food Manager Certifcation (The National Restaurant Association ServSafe Food Protection Program provides food safety examinations and certifcations for the restaurant and food service industries. ServSafe is recognized and accepted by more federal, state, and local jurisdictions than any other food safety program.
