The curriculum follows the ProStart program offered by the National Restaurant Association, Foundations of Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts.
The Culinary Certificate Program (CCP) is a 16-week-long study into the basics of culinary arts. This program mirrors the first half of the Professional Chef’s Program so that in this program students learn the basics of baking and savory cooking. This structure makes it easy for a student to transfer into the Professional Chef’s Program if desired. This program consists of a 19-hour a week schedule, which breaks down to two 8-hour labs and one 3-hour evening seminar per week.

Vegan Fusion Mission is to promote the benefits of the vegan lifestyle for the preservation of our health and the environment and to create a more peaceful world.
Classes are designed to appeal to the most novice of cooks while also offering lots of information, kitchen tips, and culinary advice to more experienced chefs. Instruction is truly hands-on and class size is limited to 12 people to insure personalized instruction.

The Culinary Arts program (CUA) is a 2-year degree program featuring food preparation classes that are designed to teach you everything you need to know from basic kitchen safety to the preparation and management of a five-course meal. You’ll learn about purchasing, nutrition and how to prepare a mouthwatering variety of entrees, desserts, and cuisines. You also have the opportunity to learn about catering, menu development and effective management skills. Some CUA classes take place in the classroom or online, but most CUA classes are hands-on and take place in our newly renovated kitchen.

Mark attributes most of his talent to his mother and his quality education at New England Culinary Institute Montpelier, VT.

Private classes feature fully customized menus. You can host your class at Country Club Market or even choose your own special location. If you choose your own location, Chef Terrie will bring all of the necessary food and equipment … all you’ll need to provide is tableware and the beverages of your choice.
Classes will generally run 2.5-3 hours for Demonstration classes, and 2-2.5 hours for Hands-On Classses. You may extend this timeframe for an additional $50 per hour.
